Austin Landing will extend a job fair through Saturday to positions - including restaurant-type slots - for the 12-screen upscale cinema set to open this fall.

Cinépolis USA held interviews Tuesday and Wednesday, with additional times set for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The company said “all positions need to be filled” at the Cinépolis Dayton, which is expected to open in Miami Twp. in late September.

“We will be having on-the-spot interviews and also hiring on the spot,” according to Sonia Sanchez of Cinépolis USA.

The $12 million Cinépolis Dayton will be a “premium” theater and the first Midwest venture for the Dallas-based company.
