CareSource — primarily a Medicaid managed care provider that also sells commercial health insurance under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) — continues to benefit from the expansion of Medicaid in Ohio under Gov. John Kasich, the launch of the Ohio dual eligible program MyCare Ohio, and steady enrollment in its ACA plans.
