Construction to begin on Centerville adult living facility

Construction is scheduled to begin this spring for a new senior living facility in Centerville.

The Randall Residence of Centerville will be located at the intersection of Sheehan and West Social Row roads. The 171,021-square-foot facility will offer 84 quadplex condo style apartments, 60 independent living apartments, 58 assisting living apartments, and 48 memory support apartments, according to a release.

The condo-style apartment floorplans will offer two sizes of two-bedroom and two car-garage options, according to the company. The independent living and assisted living apartments will be a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

The campus will feature walking trails, multiple dining options, a theater and a pub. Medical and non-medical support services will be available at the facility, according to the company.

The facility will be owned and operated by Randall Residence, which also runs Randall Residence of Tipp City. It is scheduled to be completed by spring 2017.
