LOCAL: CareSource expanding amid uncertain times for Obamacare
The management of the popular bar alluded more changes may be coming last year when the bar got a facelift and a post on its Facebook page about the changes stated “This is just the first phase of our plan to grow along with the UD community. Details on our second floor expansion coming soon.”

Last year, the bar got updates to its exterior including the addition of a patio, though the inside remained the same. The plan for the updates received mixed reviews when first announced from alumni and current bar goers, nicknamed Rats which is an acronym for "Regulars at Tim's," who feared the bar might lose its vibe.
The building permit for the alterations was filed by Dayton-based MODA4 Design. While the permit said project is $300,000 of work, the total investment represented by a construction project is often different than what is listed on the permit.
