1. Retailers react to Trump’s address to Congress

2. Another women’s retailer files bankruptcy, closes stores worldwide

BCBG Max Azria Group announced the company has taken the next step in the restructuring of its brands. The company, which owns BCBGMAXAZRIA, said Wednesday it has filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. 3. Premier Health Plan has new president

Renee George has been named president of Premier Health Plan, the commercial health insurance arm of Dayton-based Premier Health hospital network. In her new role, George, who joined Premier Health in 2008 and was most recently vice president of operations for Premier Health Plan, will be responsible for growing and expanding the health plan. READ MORE
