NOW OPEN: New brunch restaurant at the Cornerstone of Centerville

First Watch Restaurants, a breakfast and lunch restaurant chain, has opened its new location at the Cornerstone of Centerville development.

The restaurant is a 3,500-square-foot space at 5245 Cornerstone North Blvd., right off of Wilmington Pike. The new First Watch opened on March 20 at 7 a.m.

This is the fourth location of First Watch in the Dayton area, and the new restaurant will employ approximately 25 people. The space is located in the Shoppes of Cornerstone.

“We’re celebrating nearly 20 years serving our neighbors First Watch’s fresh breakfast, brunch and lunch in Dayton,” said Chris Tomasso, president of First Watch. “We absolutely feel at home here, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to bring our fresh menu to another First Watch restaurant in Dayton.”

The menu includes unique breakfast items like avocado toast, smoked salmon eggs benedict, breakfast tacos and lemon ricotta pancakes. This location will also offer a Fresh Juice Bar, with drinks like a kale tonic.

First Watch is open everyday form 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and offers complimentary Internet access. The restaurant chain has more than 200 restaurants in the U.S.
