In the last month, women’s clothing retailers The Limited and Ann Taylor both closed at shopping center. Retail experts say companies often close brick-and-mortar locations in January after the holiday season and close of the fourth fiscal quarter.
The Greene had other tenant spaces open, including the 4,300-square-foot space where the World of Beer was set to open.

Other major retailers at The Greene include Von Maur, Sephora, Nordstrom Rack, Mattress Firm and Apple.
