The famous chili restaurant originally opened in Cincinnati in 1949 by Nicholas Lambrinides, a young man from Greece who watched his mother cook authentic Greek dishes in their small kitchen. Now, the chain has locations in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Florida.
