Starbucks, shopping center sold in Miami Twp.: Dayton, Ohio

Oberer Companies has sold two of its commercial buildings — a Starbucks and a shopping center — at The Exchange at Spring Valley in Miami Twp.

Starbucks and the Shoppes at Exchange both sold in late December. The building were constructed in 2006 and 2007 by Oberer as part of the initial phase of the south Dayton mixed-use development. Starbucks occupies 1,850 square feet and the Shoppes at Exchange occupies 12,539 square feet. Oberer did not disclose the buyer of the commercial real estate.

Oberer plans to invest the sale proceeds to a new project in Liberty Twp. called the Shoppes at Kyles Station. Oberr has developed nine Kroger-anchored centers and has leased and sold millions of square feet of retail and office space in Cincinnati and Dayton.
