Training company expanding to facility in Miamisburg

A training company is expanding to a new facility in Miamisburg, and will offer more than 3,000 classes about business and technology.

ProMark Custom Training Solutions is moving to a 2,300-square-foot space at 8 Prestige Plaza in Miamisburg. Lisa Johnson, the founder of the company, said the new facility will allow "hands-on" classes to educate the workforce in the region.

“I am thrilled to be able to provide this exciting new resource to the Dayton and Cincinnati communities,” Johnson said. “This site is dedicated to serving individuals who want to make themselves more marketable in a short time or advance quickly in a desired field. It is a certified Pearson Vue and Certiport testing center, so clients will be able to get trained and certified at one convenient location!”

ProMark was founded in 2010, and helps businesses and organizations with business skills training. The company will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, and will give away six months of free training.

The open house starts at 4:30 p.m.
