No. 50 on the list is Interstate 75 at U.S. 35 in Dayton.

“The 2017 Top Truck Bottleneck List assesses the level of truck-oriented congestion at 250 locations on the national highway system,” the institute said in a statement. “The analysis, based on truck GPS data from 600,000+ heavy duty trucks uses several customized software applications and analysis methods, along with terabytes of data from trucking operations to produce a congestion impact ranking for each location.”

“Ohio’s diverse economic base — representing every sector from automotive to agriculture to aerospace — depends on trucks” Ohio Trucking Association President Tom Balzer said in the statement.
The five bottlenecks in Ohio are identified as:
No. 5 – I-71 at I-75 in Cincinnati
No. 35 – I-75 at I-74 in Cincinnati
No. 50 – I-75 at US 35 in Dayton
No. 67 – I-71 at I-70 in Columbus
No. 84 – I-75/I-71 at I-275 in Cincinnati
