Date of inspection: June 20
Violations: Found the walls adjacent to the 3 compartment sink loose, coving missing and mold growth on the wall behind the wall board. Water was pooling and collecting along the floor to wall interface. Remove wall board and any mold along this wall. Replace with a cleanable surface and repair coving and seal to assure to cracks or gaps are present to prevent moisture from entering.
Found several areas in the facility where tile/coving was missing or cracked and chipped. Repair all coving to provide a tight seal.
Replace the 2 broken air curtains to the walkins. Adjust door to walkin freezer to allow it to close and seal properly, the gasket on the hinge side of the door is not installed properly and may be allowing for the door to not close properly. Found the exterior trim piece to the ice machine with each plastic corner cracked and chipped. Replace the trim piece to assure no foreign objects can enter the ice.
Comments: All other items from 6/6/2017 inspection were corrected.
