Around 3:30 a.m. March 26, Victoria was driving a 2008 Nissan Sentra east in the westbound lanes of U.S. 35. Her speed was approximately 60 mph when Dayton police said she struck a 2008 GMC sport-utility vehicle traveling at an estimated 55 mph. Both cars overturned, according to a Dayton police traffic crash report.

The SUV driver, 68-year-old Milton McGuire of Harrison Twp., suffered serious injuries. His passenger, 32-year-old Tyesa Nelloms of Dayton, was trapped and had to be extracted, the report stated.

Victoria was issued a summons to appear Tuesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
