Dayton is one of the more affordable places for new college graduates to live, according to a new report.

Trulia, a real estate website and Indeed, a job website, released key findings from a report that highlights the best places for the class of 2017 to jump-start their careers.

Dayton was named in the report as having one of the cheaper rental markets with more than 38 percent of rentals being affordable to new grads.

Youngstown and Akron were also named for affordable rentals, as was Detroit, Michigan, according to the report.

However, the report acknowledged that the four cities may be places where “new grads may struggle to land a job.”

Recent college grads who want to “make bank” should hunt for jobs in Washington, D.C., San Jose, California, San Francisco, Houston Texas and New York City.

In those cities, graduates can expect to make around $3,000 a month, though most of it will go toward rent, the report found.
