“CycleBar, CoreLife and Orangetheory are powerful national tenant names providing important services to our Austin Landing community,” according to Larry Dillin, president of VisCap Development, developer of the center off Interstate 75 at Austin Boulevard.
The three growing chains are all fewer than eight years old. The Cincinnati-based CycleBar started in 2014 and has about 70 locations nationwide while Orangetheory, which opened in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. in 2010, has sold 800 franchise licenses, officials said.

CoreLife earlier announced plans to open a site this fall at The Cornerstone of Centerville. It has 11 locations in Ohio, Kentucky, Pennslyvania and New York since opening in Syracuse in 2015, a company official said.
CycleBar plans to open in September and Orangetheory is targeting December. Both will occupy space vacated by Booksellers on Rigby Road.
