The company provides custom staffing solutions for medical facilities. It is seeking to go forward with a project estimated to cost $225,000, county records filed Wednesday show.

It was not immediately clear how many workers that location would employ, but Health Carousel is advertising for jobs at Austin Landing.

Health Carousel also has offices in the Dayton and Columbus areas, according to its website.

The company several months ago acquired Columbus-based Medical Staffing Options. That was the second acquisition in two years for the company, part of its aggressive plans for growth. At that time, Health Carousel said it planned to hire as many as 150 internal employees in 2017, including 75 sales & recruiting positions, across the Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus markets.

In October 2016, Health Carousel acquired Next Medical Staffing, which had an office at 7810 McEwen Road in Washington Twp. Next Medical Staffing’s website now lists its address as 3601 Rigby Road, the same address on the building permit application.

The company “has experienced a tremendous amount of growth over the last several years and doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon,” according to its website. “There are three primary factors that drive our success: our people, our use of technology and our communications strategy.”
