CLAYTON — At the Northmont Board of Education meeting, Bob McClintock, Col. Kenneth Knotts, Commander Taylor Evans and Stephanie Reynolds were honored.

McClintock will retire at the end of December after 29 years with Northmont City Schools. McClintock has served as business manager and construction administrator during the construction of both the Kleptz Early Learning Center and the new high school.

Board President Linda Blum said, “We hear of people who bleed green and we talk about the Northmont Way, and no one epitomizes those things more than Bob McClintock.”

Col. Knotts and Commander Evans accepted an award presented to the Northmont NJROTC.

Additionally, Stephanie Reynolds, a science teacher at the middle school, was honored by freshman Shelby Leitz. Reynolds was given credit from Leitz on her success in the classroom. Reynolds has helped Leitz and other students with test anxiety and other classroom related issues.
