All lanes of the highway reopened around 3 p.m.
The cause of the fire was unknown and is under investigation, fire officials said.
FIRST REPORT
Fire crews have responded to a reported vehicle fire on Interstate 75 south in Moraine Friday afternoon.
Firefighters were dispatched to the highway near the Dryden Road exit around 2:20 p.m. and reported the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames.
The right and center lanes of southbound traffic are blocked. Traffic is also slow on the northbound lanes due to the response.
