Area FBI office asking for help to ID woman in child porn video

The FBI is asking for the public's help in identifying a woman who may have critical information that would lead to the identity of a child who is being sexually exploited.

The FBI Cincinnati office released two images of Jane Doe 39, who appears to be of Asian descent with long black hair and is believed to be 25 to 35 years old.

The unidentified woman appeared in a video with a child that was flagged by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in April 2016, according to the release.

The woman was wearing a white, yellow, blue and red floral dress and can be heard speaking Vietnamese in the video, according to the release.

It's not known where the video was produced and the information in the release is not specific to Ohio, but the FBI appreciates any help the public can provide, according to FBI Cincinnati spokesman Todd Lindgren.

No charges have been filed in the case and the woman depicted in the still shots from the video is presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.

This case is being investigated as part of the Endangered Child Alert Program, which seeks to expose unknown adults involved in child pornography, and the FBI's Operation Rescue Me, which is focused on identifying victims of child pornography through image analysis.
