“Out of an abundance of caution, our South Park location will be closed for a few more days as we await test results,” Ghostlight’s owners said. “We have contacted the Health Department and are following all recommended and required actions to keep our team and you safe.”

Ghostlight’s second location on South Patterson Boulevard next to Old Scratch Pizza remains open and operating for its regular hours. The staff member who is awaiting COVID-19 test results has not had any contact with employees of that “Midtown” coffee shop, Ghostlight owners said.

Several local restaurants and coffee shops have taken similar actions or dealt with a similar situation, usually following an employee’s, or multiple employees’, positive COVID-19 test.
