Boyd, Ohio American Legion Assistant Sergeant-At-Arms Melissa Fowle, Ohio American Legion State Commander Robert Schmitt, American Legion Auxiliary President Kathy Heichel, Sons of the American Legion State Commander Bernie Kessler, and the Dayton National Cemetery Honor Squad.
A Grave Decorating Pin was awarded to each participating scout by the American Legion as a thank you and a symbol of a job well done.
