According to a post on SICSA’s Facebook Page, the organization is also one of 24 teams that has offered to send teams to Houston.

Displaced animals from Houston aren’t at Sicsa at this time, but said if they are called to help, updates will be posted on their Facebook page.

SICSA is urging anyone willing to help to make monetary donations and hold off on sending tangible pet supplies at this time.

The Houston SPCA and the SPCA of Texas have asked for monetary donations instead of sending tangible pet supplies, saying they don’t have storage for the items or volunteers to sort donations.
