The three individuals were taken to Miami Valley Hospital with non life-threatening injuries, Dorsten said.
The two-story house is a “total loss” after the fire reported around 3:30 a.m. in the 3400 block of Mill Run Drive, Dorsten said.

It took crews about an hour to get the fire under control and they anticipate they will be on scene for at least another hour, according to Dorsten.

Dorsten said the fire is under investigation and they do not know the cause at this time.

The house fire crews have been battling since around 3: 30 a.m. has been put out but the house is heavily damaged.
It is not yet known what caused the fire or the severity of injuries at this time.
