Tyler Minton, 31, was arrested and charged by investigators after a female victim was stabbed during an incident in the 11000 block of South Wolf Creek Pike on July 17.

In addition to Minton, Dwight Richard, a part-time Enon police officer, was also arrested. However, Richard was released from custody and cleared of any charges, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

Prosecutors said surveillance video and statements from the victim led to Minton being identified as the suspect.

Cruiser camera footage which showed officers responding to the incident also showed that Minton and the female victim were found naked. Richard, who placed the 911 call at the scene, was found with only pants on.

Investigators declined to comment on why the involved parties were found in this manner.

The female victim, who was in critical condition at one point, has since been released from the hospital.

Minton, who is no longer in jail, will be arraigned in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
