Haren’s Meat Market catches fire in Troy, investigation underway

Haren’s Meat Market, which was scheduled to open within weeks, caught fire early Wednesday morning in downtown Troy.

A motorist passing by noticed the fire in the window of the shop at 502 Garfield Ave., located in the southeast quadrant of downtown. The motorist contacted authorities and fire crews quickly put out the fire, officials said.
