FAIRBORN – The Fairborn Fire Department has received more than 200 smoke detectors from the Home Depot that firefighters will distribute through their smoke detector giveaway program.

The program is open to residents of both Fairborn and Bath Township who are in need of a smoke detector. Citizens can take advantage of this life-saving program by visiting any Fairborn fire station or by calling the Fire Administration office at 937-754-3080. Proof of residency will be required.
