The identities of those who were killed had not been released as of Thursday morning.
Crews were called around 9:20 p.m. Wednesday to the intersection of Olive and Little Richmond roads.
“The crash was right in the middle of the intersection,” said a woman walking her dog who called 911 about the crash. “There’s people in the street screaming.”
There were reports from the scene that three people were trapped in one vehicle and that a vehicle was on fire in a wooded area, according to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center.
Initially it was unclear whether these were the same vehicle, but OSHP confirmed that two vehicles were involved.
