Trotwood woman pleads not guilty for deadly 2017 crash

UPDATE @ 1:18 p.m. (April 26):

A woman facing charges for a deadly 2017 crash in Dayton pleaded not guilty to charges Thursday.

A judge released Kimberly Farmer and placed her on electronic monitoring.

Farmer does not having driving privileges, according to court records.

FIRST REPORT (April 18):

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Trotwood woman indicted Thursday in connection to a September 2017 crash that killed Orlando Love.

Kimberly Farmer was indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.

The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. Sept. 9, 2017, at the intersection of West Third Street and Woodward Avenue in Dayton.

Love was pronounced dead at the scene.

Farmer is scheduled to be arraigned May 2, or sooner once she’s in custody.
