“We are moving tomorrow into our new space,” Russ Gottesman, CommuterAds founder and chief executive, said in an email late Thursday.
CommuterAds is moving into the last business space available at the Water Street development off the Great Miami River near Fifth Third Field. occupying some 2100 square feet, Gottesman said.
CommuterAds worked with Water Street builder Woodard Development to take over a space originally earmarked for that company. Gottesman called the move “a win-win.”

He said the lease will be multi-year, but did not give specifics.
CommuterAds was first located at Dayton’s Tech Town business park in August 2008 and has been locally based ever since.
Last month, the company announced a new contract in its largest market, Atlanta, with the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority.
The company is known for technology for wireless and audio advertising aimed at passengers on public transit systems in 13 American cities. But it’s also eyeing an international expansion, planning a visit to Israel set up by The Dayton Region Israel Trade Alliance in September, Gottesman said.
