Opening day today for new Mexican eatery at 2nd Street Market

The 2nd Street Market in downtown Dayton will introduce its newest food vendor today, June 8.

Napales will sell what its founders say is Mexican street food, including tacos, tamales, flautas and salad bowls, according to Jennifer Herrera, co-founder of Napales with husband Santiago Herrera. And the couple will introduce a new dish for their grand opening: Pambazos, a Mexican sandwich of sorts in which bread is stuffed with a mixture of chorizo and potatoes and anointed with a guajillo red-pepper sauce, Jennifer told this news outlet yesterday, June 7.
