Sinclair’s downtown campus is preparing to go through something of a transformation throughout the next three years.
The college intends to invest $80 million to $90 million to increase parking, build a campus gateway, new pedestrian pathways and building upgrades, among other improvements.
Sinclair’s board of trustees recently approved a student fee increase that will generate around another $1.6 million in revenue for the school. The fee bump is expected to help pay for some parking improvements and streamlined math assistance to students.
