Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Jamall Killings on suspicion of murder and felonious assault, our news partner WCPO-TV in Cincinnati reported.

Killings is accused of fatally shooting Jamie Urton March 24 in Walnut Hills after Urton struck Killings’ 4-year-old son with a car, a police affidavit shows. The boy recovered from his injuries.

In an interview March 25 with WCPO when the boy was released from the hospital, Killings said he didn't know what happened to Urton because he was concerned with getting his son medical attention.
