Here is what your UD Arena seat will look like in the future

Among the many items to be upgraded in the University of Dayton Arena renovation are the seats.

The department of athletics provided examples of what seats in each section of the arena will look like when the project is done.

The majority of seats in the lower bowl will look like this, although they might not be red.

There is also an exception within the lower bowl, and that will come in the first row. There the “Flyer Front Row” seats will be the smaller leather chair seen on the right in the picture below.

A UD official said the larger leather seat on the left will be found in the new club seating areas.

Finally there are the seats set to go into the 300 and 400 levels.

These differ from the current seats in that they are padded. (Again, the new seats may end up being red or blue.)

Some of the seats at UD Arena might be more comfortable than others.
