Dunbar’s signing ceremony was postponed from Wednesday until 3:15 p.m. Thursday because all Dayton Public Schools were closed because of snow. Thomas will sign his letter-of-intent on Thursday.

Multiple recruiting services reported a planned visit to OSU was canceled last weekend, making him unlikely to sign with the Buckeyes.

Thomas, 6-foot-2, 225 pounds, is the 13th-ranked player in Ohio in the Class of 2018, according to the 247Sports composite.
