Wayne grad Robert Landers (67) celebrates a touchdown that was overturned by replay in the second half of Ohio State's game at Indiana on Aug. 31, 2017.

Wayne grad Robert Landers left his mark on Ohio State’s opening night game at Indiana — even if it didn’t count.

The Buckeyes defensive tackle electrified social media by scooping up a loose ball in the third quarter and rumbling into the end zone for a touchdown.

Along the way he broke multiple tackles, pulled off a slow-motion spin move and did his best Walter Payton impression with a “Show pony kick,” but it was all for naught.

Upon review. the play was ruled an incomplete pass, not a fumble.

It was still awesome, though.
