Mark Alstork’s big opening game of the season has earned the Wright State guard the Horizon League player of the week.

A junior from Thurgood Marshall, Alstork scored 30 points as the Raiders beat Southern Illinois 85-81 on Friday night.

He also had four assists, two rebounds and a steal while hitting four 3-pointers.
