By now, we're sure you've heard the buzz: the current estimated jackpot for the Powerball Lottery is now $1.4 billion.

No one could match the Powerball numbers announced last weekend, increasing the dollar amount to this impressive figure. The new winning numbers will be announced Wednesday, January 13.

Although the odds of winning the jackpot with a $1 ticket are 1-in-292 million, we can all certainly dream.

    The "church house" is located at 30 Van Buren St. in Dayton’s Historic Oregon District. Established in 1882, the church was re-purposed for housing in the late '90s, according to real estate agent Denise Swick of Re/Max Alliance Realty. The crazy thing: you'd still have plenty of money left to spend.

  • 2. Pay a year of tuition for half of University of Dayton's undergrad students

    If you're looking to go down the good samaritan route, you could help undergraduates avoid student loan debt. University of Dayton's tuition is currently situated at around $37,230. As of last year, 11,368 students were enrolled on campus. This means you could pay a year's worth of tuition for 4,834 people — that’s over half the undergraduate population at UD.
