2 names stand out in early Heisman Trophy odds

The 2017 Heisman Trophy went to Baker Mayfield just last month, but already there are odds on who will win the stiff-arm trophy in 2018.

The best odds right now are on a pair of running backs - Bryce Love of Stanford and Johnathan Taylor of Wisconsin - and the lost is dominated by quarterbacks.

But check out the last two names on the list.

That's right, Bovada is giving odds for not one but two defensive linemen: Ohio State's Nick Bosa and Ed Oliver of Houston.

Will either win it? Probably not, but it's nice to see some outside-the-box thinking. Quarterbacks dominate the list as usual, but a pair of big fellas get some early love, too.
