Cindy Antrican, a spokeswoman for AAA, said the Ludlow location was built in the 1950s and didn’t serve customers well. Most local AAA employees have already moved to new locations at Huber Heights or Beavercreek. “Our staff will be supporting our members” from those locations, she said.

“Most of us have already moved,” she added.
AAA Tire and Auto at 200 E. Third St., Dayton, is still in place, she said. Customers can still buy memberships there, she said. There is also an AAA Tire and Auto location at 3321 Dayton-Xenia Road in Beavercreek.
The two-story office building on Ludlow offered 19,800 square feet, according to county records.

Plainview, N.Y.-based Dunkirk Realty has been a downtown Dayton property investor for years. The business also owns the Kettering tower at 40 N. Main, which it bought in 2012, as well as the tower at 11 W. Monument Ave.
