Beavercreek joint venture will share $13.4 billion Air Force contract

A Beavercreek defense contractor has been named to a roster of 19 companies that will share a $13.4 billion contract for information technology and cyber-security work for the Air Force.

LifeCycle Solutions JV LLC, one of the named companies, has offices at 2689 Commons Blvd., Beavercreek.

The company is a joint venture formed in June 2017 by Illumination Works and DSD Laboratories. The joint venture was formed for the purpose of pursuing the “small business enterprise application systems” contracts.

Illumination Works has offices in Mason and Columbus.

Work will be performed according to each individual task order and is expected to be completed by Dec. 18, 2029, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., is the contracting activity.
