In total, two semi-truck loads of bottled water will be handed out to residents in need and organizations working to assist neighborhoods that have been impacted. The first truck will be located at the Beavercreek store. The second truck load will help the Convoy of Hope’s relief effort where Walmart associates will help distribute water to non-profit and community-based organizations.
Throughout the weekend, Walmart associates will also be volunteering at the American Red Cross and the company will give $40,000 in e-gift cards to local non-profit and community-based organizations to purchase items such as food and clothing.
