Bon-Ton Stores creates online shopping registry

Bon-Ton Stores Inc., owner of Elder-Beerman and other retail department and furniture stores, said it has created a gift registry Web site for bridal, baby, and personal gift-giving occasions.

The site is at www.celebrationsregistry.com, Bon-Ton officials said Tuesday, May 4.

Any registry created online or in-store is shared across Bon-Ton hometown stores, including Elder-Beerman, allowing out-of-town guests to shop through the registry, Bon-Ton said from its headquarters in York, Pa.
