Bravo, which operates a restaurant on Ohio 725 near the Dayton Mall, will occupy a 7,310-square-foot space that includes a 1,500-square-foot patio, according to a mall news release. “We are excited that Bravo! will anchor the new outdoor development project bringing an additional first-class dining option to the center,” said Kristie Miller, marketing director for the Mall at Fairfield Commons.
Workers on Monday began to demolish the portion of the Mall at Fairfield Commons that previously held an Elder-Beerman store to pave the way for the five new restaurants. After demolition is complete, workers will build a new entrance to the mall.
Two restaurant chains — Chuy’s, an Austin, Texas-based Tex-Mex chain, and Huntington Beach, California-based BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse — have filed plans with the city of Beavercreek to open free-standing locations in the newly created space.
