Buffalo Wild Wings will close its restaurant in Springboro later this year.

The restaurant, located at 774 N. Main St. in the same retail center where Dorothy Lane Market is located, is “slated to close later in 2018, but a new restaurant is opening at Austin Landing in Miami Twp. The Austin Landing location will open near the end of the year,” a spokesperson told this news organization.

A sign at the North Main Street retail center says the BW3 restaurant space will be up for lease in August.

The new Buffalo Wing Wings at Austin Landing will be located next to Kohl’s, according to Austin Landing developer VisCap Development.

The land involves property north of Kohl's and south of Kroger on the corner of Liverpool Lane and Landing Way, according to Kyle Hinkelman, Miami Twp. deputy community development director. Kroger and Kohl's were among the earliest retail businesses to open at the complex, but the land at Liverpool Lane and Landing Way has remained undeveloped.
