A real estate investment firm based near Chicago bought a Centerville office that houses Total Quality Logistics for $2 million.

Brennan Investment Group, which has about 19 million square feet listed in its Midwest portfolio, acquired the 6485 to 6501 Centerville Parkway property in a sale that closed Sept. 11.

Brennan doesn’t list any other Dayton-area assets. A company representative said it plans to do some small improvements like parking lot improvements and landscaping work.

The firm bought the 48,000-square-foot building from Barnett Capital Ltd., also based near Chicago.

Barnett picked up the property 10 years ago for $4.4 million.

The property is completely leased to three tenants. It sits on 7.8 acres and is about 20,000 square feet of office and 28,600 square feet of warehouse.
