The recent executive director of Clothes That Work has joined Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services.

In addition to overseeing communications and marketing, she will serve as manager for the Greater Brain Health Foundation, according to a press release from the agency.

Cosby previously served as executive director for the Dayton nonprofit Clothes That Work, which works with clients in need of interview and work clothes.

She received a master’s degree from Wright State University in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Dayton.

In addition to Cosby, Doug Thompson has joined ADAMHS as chief financial officer.

Thompson has county and state government experience, and has also worked in the nonprofit and private sectors. Most recently he worked at YWCA Dayton and East End Community Services.

He received a master’s degree in public administration from Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Wright State University.

“I am so pleased that these two talented individuals are bringing their skills and ideas to ADAMHS,” said executive director Helen Jones-Kelley. “The citizens of Montgomery County will be well served by their expertise and insight.”
