The Skilliters, who have extensive experience in the restaurant industry, described Corner Kitchen as a “finer diner,” with a menu that takes classic diner fare and infuses traditional dishes with creative and unexpected twists. The menu includes small plates, pasta dishes, salads, entrees and breakfast items, along with a multi-course tasting menu option, served in a “friendly and warm-spirited” atmosphere, Natalie Skilliter said.
