Dayton-area drug infusion business sold to Texas firm

An infusion pharmacy based in Washington Twp. sold to a larger firm headquartered in Texas.

Soleo Health, a specialty infusion business, announced today it acquired Paragon Infusion Therapy’s pharmacy business.

Paragon, at 1746 Thomas Paine Parkway office, provides specialty pharmacy services to patients throughout Southwest Ohio and statewide in both Indiana and Kentucky.

Paragon provides infusion services, or medication administered through a needle or catheter. The company’s infusion services treats conditions such as infections, immunotherapy, cancer, malnutrition, heart failure, dehydration, and pain management.

The acquisition of Paragon’s infusion pharmacy expands Soleo Health’s national footprint of 20 pharmacies nationwide. Soleo stated that this complements its Columbus location and Midwest presence.

Paragon Principals Aaron Braden and Brad Manning, along with the entire Paragon team, will join Soleo Health.
