The Dayton-based hospital has significantly expanded in since 2018, when Good Samaritan Hospital closed a few miles down the road. In the wake of the closing Grandview had an increase in patients, hired more staff and expanded its emergency department.

This summer, Lewis said Grandview could potentially see 20,000 more patients this year, which is a surge from last year’s 36,000 patients.
“We are so grateful for Becky Lewis’ many years of outstanding service to Kettering Health Network and the Dayton community,” Terry Burns, chief operating officer of Kettering Health Network, said in a statement. “Becky has put her heart and soul into improving patient experience and enhancing collaboration among hospital physicians and staff. She also built strong community partnerships, especially in the West Dayton community.”
Manchur has been Southview Medical Center’s president since May 2017, where he has overseen all health-related services, including patient experience, culture, financial growth, quality and safety. He started working at Kettering Health Network in 2008 as director of Grandview Medical Center’s Operational Design and Strategic Support.
Grandview is part of Kettering Health Network, which operates nine hospitals, 12 emergency departments, and 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. Besides Grandview, the network’s hospitals are Kettering, Sycamore, Southview, Greene Memorial, Soin, Fort Hamilton, Troy and Kettering Behavioral Medicine.
