Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. If you ever dreamed of owning the next legendary bar (like Cheers!), you may be in luck.

Here are three Dayton bars that recently hit the market:

1. Belmont Billiards

The legendary Dayton-area bar Belmont Billiards has actually been on the market for almost two years at this point.

Realtor William LeValley said the $195,000 asking price includes the business, the 5,000-square-foot building, a 16-space parking lot, the liquor license, equipment, a 30-seat bar and a dozen pool tablesff

2. The former Van Buren Tap Room & Grille

The property that was operated most recently as Van Buren Tap Room & Grille and was Cadillac Jack’s before that is being auctioned online.

The building sits on the Kettering-Dayton border and has housed a bar as far back as the 1990s. It was also once a pizza parlor.

The online auction will close at noon on April 26, according to the auction notice at ohiosheriffsales.com. Bidding starts at $198,000.

Stowaway Lounge, 2820 Wayne Ave., is a neighborhood watering hole in the Walnut Hills Neighborhood where everyone in the bar will know you name. 3. Stowaway Lounge

After this Dayton bar racked up more than $5,000 in civil fines over a six-year period for violations of Ohio’s smoking ban, state liquor-control officials decided not to renew the bar’s liquor license.

The Stowaway Lounge has been shut down since at least last February, but for the low price of $105,000, this bar could see new life.
